2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store and the contractual relationship between the Seller and the customer (consumer or business).

3. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

(2) By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer.

(3) The contract is concluded only upon confirmation of the order by the Seller via email.

4. Prices and Payment

(1) All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

(2) Available payment methods:

• bank transfer

• cash on delivery (if available)

(3) The Seller reserves the right to limit payment methods.

5. Delivery

(1) Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

(2) Delivery times:

• usually within 2 business days

• maximum 5 days

(3) Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Information

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the Seller (e.g., by email).

Effects of Withdrawal:

• reimbursement within 14 days

• refund via the same payment method

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

8. Liability

(1) The Seller is fully liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

(2) In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations.

(3) Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Product Notice / Legal Disclaimer

Our products are unfinished barrel blanks without a chamber and, according to the legislation of the Slovak Republic, are not considered essential firearm components.

The sale is conducted under Slovak law.

The customer is responsible for verifying the legal regulations applicable in their country before purchase.

The Seller assumes no liability for violations of local laws by the customer.

10. International Sales

The customer is solely responsible for:

• compliance with import regulations

• required permits

• legality of possession

The Seller assumes no responsibility for legal restrictions in the customer’s country.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment.

Data may be shared with third parties only where necessary (e.g., shipping providers).

12. Dispute Resolution

The Seller is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
