High-precision finish chamber reamer designed for the final machining of a .22 Hornet chamber.
The reamer is manufactured from high-quality M7 high-speed steel, corresponding to the Böhler S705 HSS designation. The product is supplied brand new.
A finish reamer is used during the final stage of machining to achieve the required chamber dimensions and surface finish. A roughing reamer should be used for the initial machining and removal of larger amounts of material.
We recommend machining the chamber progressively with a roughing reamer followed by the finish reamer. Using only the finish reamer for the entire operation may overload or break the tool.
